Fiona and William Close invite you to stay in their beautiful Georgian home. Nestling amidst the greenery of its secluded grounds complete with Magnolia and Wisteria clad walls, Weston Lawn is warm and welcoming.

Weston Lawn B&B is just over a mile from the centre of the historic City of Bath, a comfortable 25 minute walk away. This charming home is traditionally and tastefully decorated with paintings, family portraits and prints.

There are plenty of parking spaces off the road beside the house and with a choice of excellent public transport; your car or a walk through the park, getting to the centre of Bath is easy. On your return our local pub would be pleased to see you for dinner.

Fiona makes delicious breakfasts on the Aga. Choose from a big continental breakfast with Fiona's special homemade fruit compote and yoghurt or a hearty English breakfast with sausage and bacon. If you have any special requirements let Fiona know.

All the rooms in Weston Lawn have en-suite or private bathrooms, central heating, TV, radio alarm clock, hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Internet access is also available, as are a wide range of books and publications on Bath, and the local area. Our friendly resident Persian cat, Shah, may even come and introduce himself!

The Garden Room has its own private entrance on the ground floor, and a view onto the grounds. It has a sitting room area as well as ensuite facilities, and can accommodate up to two adults and two small children. This relaxing room has a double sofa bed for children. A cot is also available.

Wisteria is a pretty double or twin room, furnished with antiques, a period fireplace and Edwardian washbasin, with a spacious private bathroom having both a bath and shower. The elegant Red Room is a small double, which has its original fireplace, ensuite shower and basin.

There is also a self contained and quiet, Cottage, situated in the grounds of Weston Lawn. With a double bedroom and living room which has a single bed and also space for a cot, the Cottage is suitable for couples or families. The small kitchen area also makes it ideal for self catering or longer stays. There is a Shower Room with a hand basin and WC.

Prices for 2 night stays, Double Occupancy, are £70 for the Red Room, £80 for Wisteria and £90 for the Garden Room and Cottage. Lower rates are available for Off Peak, Longer Stays and Single Occupancy.
