Built in 1796 The Residence is an outstanding example of fine Georgian architecture converted into an exclusive private club and hotel. The Residence is undoubtedly one of the finest bed and breakfasts anywhere in Britain and a stones throw from the heart of Bath city centre.
Accommodation comprises five luxury bedrooms, all of large proportions in keeping with the design of houses from this era. All rooms are no-smoking, and all come equipeed with large flat screen TV, other other quality equipment, furniture and fittings. Wifi internet access is available throughout the property.
Food can be provided 24 hours a day, but for those of us who like to keep normal hours the restaurant is a delight, offering locally produced organic food complimented with fine wine.
Room Tariff is charged on a per room basis and ranges from £135 rising to £300 for the Emperor Room during peak season. Please note in common with almost all Bed and Breakfasts in Bath the Residence requires a minimum 2 night stay at weekends.
